I’m Angela Mesenbrink, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach from Portland, Oregon, and the creator of Tatted Mama Method. I built this because women in midlife deserve more—more strength, more confidence, and more real talk about what actually happens to our bodies.

When perimenopause hit, I saw firsthand how the fitness industry ignored women like us. So, I changed the game. I created programs like The Meno Method and Midlife Glow Up to help women ditch the confusion, own their power, and feel strong in every way that matters.

I've been pretty healthy my entire life and thought I knew a thing or two about fitness.Well, let me tell you, I knew nothing! Angie has completely changed my view on fitness, food, and weight loss. I have such a better relationship with food and my body. Especially since having kids, I never thought it was possible to feel confident in a bikini again.But here we are!
