Angie Mesenbrink

I’m Angela Mesenbrink, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach from Portland, Oregon, and the creator of Tatted Mama Method. I built this because women in midlife deserve more—more strength, more confidence, and more real talk about what actually happens to our bodies.

When perimenopause hit, I saw firsthand how the fitness industry ignored women like us. So, I changed the game. I created programs like The Meno Method and Midlife Glow Up to help women ditch the confusion, own their power, and feel strong in every way that matters.

Midlife isn’t a pause button. It’s your time to glow, to move, and to show the world you’re just getting started. Let’s make it happen.

I had the pleasure of working with Angie virtually for the past few months, and the experience was great. As someone who has struggled with consistency and motivation in fitness, Angie brought a refreshing mix of expertise, encouragement, and accountability that made a world of difference.

I've always been a very active & healthy individual. I was disciplined with my eating & workouts. The last couple of years have been a real struggle though.
